• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming employees, clients, and visitors at a financial institution front desk and carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests in accordance with established policies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls, provide general information, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Observe lobby activity and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Intake in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting security-related procedures. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.87 / Hour

Job Schedule:
Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming employees, clients, and visitors at a financial institution front desk and carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
