Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Driver Visitor Registration in Orlando, FL. This full-time role involves acting as a professional front desk presence at a financial institution, managing access control, visitor logs, and security communications.

The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, and adherence to emergency procedures, with required driver’s license and armed security credentials. Weekly schedule is Monday through Friday with a daytime shift.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required in the job location state.
• At least 3 years of experience in Military Police, Armed Security, or as a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Industry-specific security training participation required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Receive and direct guests, deliveries, and calls in a courteous, professional manner while noting security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies using established procedures and informing appropriate personnel.
• Observe lobby activity and report unusual behavior or access concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal.
