Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Savannah, GA. You will provide front desk security, greet guests, verify access, and maintain logs and incident documentation for hotel and resort properties.

Requires at least 6 months of security-related experience; preferred CPR certification and badge access experience. Excellent customer service and the ability to handle incidents calmly are essential. This role offers part-time schedules and benefits as described.

Formación

• Security-related experience is required (minimum 6 months).
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor lobby activity and access points, report unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns calmly, escalating when needed per site procedures.
• Maintain logs, visitor records, and incident documentation and communicate with management.
