Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Front Desk Security Officer in Savannah, GA. You will greet guests, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service in a hotel/resort setting.

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and available systems to help identify and report unusual activity, policy concerns, or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation while communicating relevant information to hotel/resort management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
