Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security in Atlanta, GA. You will serve at a financial institution location, managing access control, visitor check-in, badges, and security-related communications while delivering professional customer service.

Role requires 2+ years of security experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness for background checks and drug screening. Training and safety programs support career growth within Allied Universal.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests per policy.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, and cameras; report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations per emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation.
