Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time in Savannah, GA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings, with a pay rate of $16.26 per hour.

Responsibilities include access-control, monitoring entry points, responding to incidents, and patrolling the facility. Minimum two years in security and a high school diploma are required; background checks and drug screening apply.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to associates, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies at a retail distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records.
• Screen vehicles, deliveries, and personnel as directed by site procedures, reporting irregularities or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
