Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors and maintain sign-in records.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity and report anomalies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and leadership.
