Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process check-ins and check-outs for night arrivals and departures.
• Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and guest information requests.
• Prepare and balance nightly revenue reports and financial records.
