Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor front desk operations during overnight hours and maintain a visible presence.
• Welcome guests, assist with sign-in, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Respond to resident requests or concerns promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, rounds, and overnight activity.
• Answer calls, take messages, and deliver newspapers to resident apartments.
• Perform light cleaning of common areas and trash removal.
• Provide support to other departments as assigned by supervisor.
