Taymax Group, LP is hiring a Member Services Representative for the Planet Fitness club in Hartselle, AL. You will welcome members, handle front desk tasks, and help with tours, sign-ups, and payments, delivering a friendly, professional experience.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma, basic computer skills, reliability and a positive attitude. You will work with the Club Manager to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support member questions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones, check members in, tours for prospective members.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and updates to accounts.
• Respond to questions and escalate as needed; help maintain cleanliness.
• Perform daily tasks within the first hour and complete cleaning priorities.
