Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking an Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure clean, stocked facilities. The role includes laundry duties and dishware processing while maintaining safety and security standards across the property.

You will assist with reservations, breakfast setup, and routine housekeeping tasks, contributing to a comfortable and secure guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Follows safety rules and operating procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Ability to use the property management system to process check-ins, payments, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Perform laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process all dishware: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours for cleanliness and safety.
• Report safety and security issues promptly to management.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
