Job summary

You will balance daily reports, process charges, maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness, wear a uniform, arrange transportation, and support guests with confidentiality and security.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations and check guests in and out.
• Issue room keys, pamphlets, discount cards as needed.
• Provide information to guests about hotel services and local entertainment, shopping, business and travel.
• Ensure confidentiality, security and safety of guests at Front Desk.
• Arrange transportation for guests.
• Compute bills, post charges, collect payments and make change.
• Run daily and other reports (hand written and computer).
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby area.
• Wear a uniform and nametag at all times on property.
• Balance all daily reports for the Hotel.
• Post and balance charges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
