Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Temple is seeking an Overnight Night Auditor to manage front desk operations from 11pm to 7am. You will warmly greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring security and accurate nightly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Must be able to work nights including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and problem solving.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities
