Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our hotel team. You will perform overnight accounting and End-of-Day procedures while delivering excellent guest service throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. This role requires accurate processing of invoices and nightly reports, and you will help maintain a secure

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service Or Hospitality Experience Preferred.
• Experience with accounting procedures or administrative tasks preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and attentive throughout the overnight shift.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate hotel financial and accounting records.
• Process invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, and other financial activities.
• Verify that all accounts are balanced and properly supported by documentation.
• Complete daily audit and End-of-Day procedures.
• Check guests in and out and process guest payments.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Monitor hotel operations and address overnight guest needs.
• Prepare nightly reports and summarize hotel operations for management.
• Identify and document any follow-up tasks or issues requiring management attention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area throughout the shift.
