Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Kohala Coast seeks an Overnight Guest Service Agent to deliver warm hospitality and seamless check-in/check-out. You will greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, and provide welcome materials, while contributing to memorable experiences across the property.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience and computer knowledge, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in with room assignment and keys.
• Process guest check-outs by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and using the POS system.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist guests with inquiries.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency, managing messages effectively.
