Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking a Front Desk Night Auditor to enhance guest experiences overnight. You will register and assign rooms, issue keys, manage reservations, and handle payments while ensuring accurate records and adherence to rewards programs.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities include addressing guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, efficient front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts (day, swing, late-night, weekend, holiday).

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when problems are reported.
• Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Verify customers' credit and determine payment method.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Provide BIG service to guests with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
