Qualifications

• Prior night auditor or front desk experience preferred.

• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist guests with requests such as tours or reservations.
• Process payments and issue room keys.
• Complete nightly financial and operational tasks, including reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and perform light cleaning as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
