We offer a hotel environment with flexible shifts including overnight coverage. Candidates should have 1 year hotel front desk experience preferred and be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including day, night and overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in busy periods.
• Stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs for guest luggage.
• Good vision to read instructions and directions.
• Effective communication with guests and co-workers; 2-way radio.
• Ability to distinguish smells.
• Duties mainly indoors.
• Able to hear in moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests, follow security and credit policies.
• Check guests out and post charges to guest accounts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; balance bank; complete reports.
• Audit front desk and outlets work; post corrections as needed.
• Balance work and use computer systems (e.g., Excel).
• Print reports; close end of day on systems.
• Ensure rebates and house charges are logged.
• Process reservations and block rooms as needed.
• Follow emergency guidelines during hotel events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
