The role supports the Night Manager and Finance team to ensure financial integrity and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing end-of-day reports, reconciling revenues, and handling guest folios for no-shows, cancellations, and VIP arrivals.

Responsibilities

• Balance all cash and credit card settlements at end of shift and verify against POS and cashier reports.
• Ensure accurate end-of-day postings in Opera & Micros and prepare nightly reports for the Night Manager.
• Process No-Shows and Cancel Reservations and update guest folios accordingly.
• Coordinate with Front Office to resolve discrepancies and ensure guest balances are correct.
• Maintain security procedures and protect guest information during nightly audits.
