DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and guest services. The role includes check-in/check-out, responding to guest inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining security and accurate nightly reconciliations.

The position requires consistent overnight availability and a strong focus on guest privacy, safety, and Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Overnight front desk experience and familiarity with reservation systems are preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Accuracy in cash handling and nightly audit/reconciliation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and check-out guests at the Front Desk in a friendly and efficient manner per brand standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Handle reservations, room assignments and basic hotel booking tasks.
• Monitor lobby areas and maintain security and guest privacy.
• Perform nightly cash handling procedures and audit-related reporting.
