Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking a Night Audit Agent to join our Front Office team. You’ll manage overnight guest check-ins/outs, run nightly audit procedures, and ensure accurate reporting while delivering warm, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, complete check-ins, verify registration details, and assist with early-morning check-outs.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy members and loyalty benefits with excellence.
• Handle incoming calls and direct communications using Marriott systems.
• Address guest concerns and service requests promptly, escalating when needed.
• Perform nightly audit procedures for two properties and ensure accurate reporting.
• Conduct overnight security sweeps to maintain guest safety.
