East West Hospitality’s Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO seeks a Night Audit Agent to manage check-ins/out and nightly financials. You’ll support loyalty programs, handle calls, and ensure smooth overnight operations in a quiet, focused setting.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a customer‑first approach. The ideal candidate has prior front desk hotel experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to stay alert through a night schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk in hotel or resort setting with strong guest service focus.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Warm, professional, and able to multitask and stay composed overnight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in/out, verify registrations and handle inquiries.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy benefits and ensure loyalty perks are delivered.
• Answer calls efficiently using Marriott systems and two-way radios.
• Address guest concerns promptly and dispatch staff as needed.
• Perform nightly audit procedures for two properties and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct overnight security sweeps to maintain guest safety.
