East West Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. You’ll help guests check in/out, answer questions, and coordinate requests to hotel departments, delivering warm, efficient service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role is full-time year-round with shift options, and includes benefits such as employee meals, hotel discounts, and a 401(k) plan. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
• You have previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service throughout the arrival and departure process, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Answer telephone calls, assist with inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
• Build positive guest relationships by recognizing individual needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and other resort teams through the hotel's radio communication system.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other front desk transactions while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
