Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet residents and guests, monitor access control systems, and maintain daily logs while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires independent work, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies, with a schedule Sunday to Thursday nights and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and service providers.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Operate and monitor electronic security control systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and time management.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
