FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate for a night shift at our West Palm Beach, FL site. You will greet residents, verify guests and service providers, and monitor access through electronic security systems while maintaining accurate daily logs.

The role demands strong communication and multitasking on a security-conscious property. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of business experience, and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and check in/out guests and service providers.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems; respond to emergencies.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
