• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments via phone, email, and written messages. Document relevant information in logbooks as needed.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and with a hospitable attitude.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions; coordinate special requests as needed.
• Adhere to all operational policies, including cash and credit card handling, safety, and security.
