Qualifications

• Transportation experience preferred but not required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage drivers and customer needs to ensure overnight operation.
• Set pickup and delivery appointments with customers.
• Ensure freight is serviced on time with carrier partner.
• Provide proof of delivery or bill of lading on request.
• Be on call as requested by management.
• Maintain accurate system information and dispatch operations.
