Job summary

OMNI Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Flowback Night Supervisor in Williston, ND to lead nightly well testing and flowback operations. You will supervise crews, ensure safe, efficient work, and maintain quality service to meet customer requirements.

The role requires flowback/well testing experience and leadership skills, with strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices. A valid driver’s license is required, and housing is provided under a rotational schedule (28 days

Qualifications

• Flowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to lead crews and problem-solve in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise flowback operations, including rig-up/rig-down
• Lead and support crew members to ensure safe, efficient work
• Determine equipment needs and proper setup based on job requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate job documentation; enforce safety policies, SOPs, and QA/QC standards
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for upcoming jobs
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
