Trilogy LLC in Watford City, ND is seeking experienced Flowback Operators to operate and maintain flowback equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and team supervision. The role features 12-hour shifts, 24/7 on-call travel, and requires significant oilfield experience.

Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and certifications (H2S, WHIMS, TDG). On-site duties include lifting up to 75 lbs and working with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years inland flowback/well testing or 7+ years offshore experience.
• High School diploma or GED; general oilfield experience may offset minimal education.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Valid H2S, WHIMS, TDG certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently with team lift.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day and night.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
