Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Day Supervisors for our North Dakota division. These roles are field-based, requiring travel to work sites across North Dakota (and occasional nearby states) to perform gas well testing duties.

As a supervisor, you will oversee site operations, ensure accurate data collection, coordinate with partners, and train crew members. Competitive wages, excellent benefits, and a 401k matching program are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site and personnel.
• Coordinate with other service companies on location as necessary.
• Oversee rig in/out and equipment handling.
• Maintain and service all well testing equipment.
• Communicate with client, site personnel, night operators and operations managers.
• Ensure accurate readings and submission of data and samples.
• Create Daily Operations Tickets and ensure crew charges are recorded.
• Complete shift paperwork.
• Train positions under supervision.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Be available to travel away from home for shifts exceeding 12 hours.
• Follow directions from Field Superintendent and Operations Management.

Job description

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Day Supervisors in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties.

Major Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervision of site and personnel
• Liase with other service companies on location if necessary
• Supervision and completion of the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job
• Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment
• Communicate effectively with client, on site personal, night operators on cross-shift and operations managers
• Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift
• Creation of Daily Operations Tickets, including following customer price lists for billing and ensuring crew charges are all recorded accurately for both day & night shifts on location.
• Completion of necessary shift paperwork.
• Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
• Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
• Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Field Superintendent and Operations Management
