Job summary

Colter is seeking Production Testing Night Operators for the North Dakota division, primarily based in Minot. These field roles require traveling to multiple work sites to perform gas well testing duties, mainly during night shifts.

Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to stay away from home for extended periods while collecting accurate data and maintaining equipment. Ideal candidates will supervise site and personnel, perform maintenance on test gear, and communicate

Qualifications

• Overnight site supervision and field crew oversight.
• Experience maintaining and servicing well testing equipment.
• Strong communication with clients and team.
• Accurate readings of gauges and monitors.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Willingness to train positions under supervision.
