Qualifications

• 3+ years Flowback/Well Testing or Production experience.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform flowback operations on oil and gas wells.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Support maintenance and documentation as required.
