Job summary

Trilogy LLC in Midland, TX is seeking a Flowback Operator III to lead on-site flowback and well testing operations. You will oversee field crews, enforce HSE standards, and deliver accurate data reports to customers.

The role requires 12-hour shifts, extensive travel, and on-call availability with potential extended stays in motels or camps. Ideal candidates have 4+ years inland flowback or 7+ years offshore experience and valid H2S/WHMIS/TDG certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; general oilfield experience acceptable as offset to minimal education.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7.
• Must maintain a safe driving record per policy.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Valid H2S, WHMIS, TDG certifications; First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field management of flowback/well test crew, equipment, and service as the Primary Company Representative on site.
• Responsible for HSE procedures and documentation on site for overall well test operations.
• Responsible for accurate data gathering and reporting to customer on site.
• On-call job with reporting to the site as assigned by Operations Manager and daily updates when not on vacation/days off.
• Long shifts, regularly 12 hours on site.
• Extensive travel within and outside the area.
• Extended stays away from home in motels or camps.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs; occasional strenuous activities.
• Direct contact with crew and customer representatives on location.
• Responsible for regular inspection, inventory, and testing."
• Maintenance of paperwork (MSA, daily reports, transfers, service tickets) on site and back at shop.
• Direct communication with Operations Supervisors/Manager; training and safety of Trilogy staff on site.
