URBN is seeking a Flow Coordinator to oversee replenishment fulfillment in the Kansas City distribution center. You will coordinate with multiple departments, maintain the 21‑Day Planner, and ensure SLA adherence while handling a fast-paced, multi‑tasking environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work overtime as required and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 21-Day Planner and monitor daily progress.
• Report shift start/bi-hourly/end-of-shift updates.
• Develop daily labor plans to meet SLA.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and proper training of staff.
