Job summary

URBN in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Flow Coordinator to oversee replenishment fulfillment within the distribution center. You will coordinate across departments, plan daily labor, and report performance while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication. Schedule: KC1 D583, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with benefits and growth opportunities at URBN.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Understanding of Outlook Email system.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 21-Day Planner.
• Monitor and report at start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift.
• Daily set shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA.
• Start each shift with a clear plan and priorities.
• Complete all SLA-related reporting.
• Monitor and report IB freight performance against plan.
• Automate and maintain workflow in all areas.
• Identify and report aged products at all touchpoints.
• Update weekly labor planning.
• Provide accurate end-of-day reporting numbers.
• Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety training and proper tools for all employees.
• Inspect quality of work and address issues to Flow Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
