SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team. You''ll provide expert floor and surface maintenance across commercial spaces, including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood. Paid training is provided and full-time hours with non-exempt status are available.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of floor technician experience, a valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts. A clean background is required for most client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) and long periods of standing.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• Clean background is required for most client sites.

Responsibilities

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team and travel up to 10% when needed.
