Job summary

Clean Tech Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Lead Floor Technician for 2nd shift. The role involves carpet cleaning, floor finishing, and operating buffers, with a high emphasis on safety and efficiency during a busy workday.

We require at least 3 years of floor tech experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of proven Floor Tech experience.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• Proof of COVID vaccination.
• Must be able to pass background and MVR screen.

Responsibilities

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing floor surfaces.
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions and maintain cleaning/finishing equipment.
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds; work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
