SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team. You’ll help care for surfaces in commercial spaces by providing expert floor and surface maintenance, including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.

This full-time role offers paid training, 2nd/3rd shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO after 90 days, holidays, insurance, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team and travel up to 10% occasionally.
