Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Floorcare Tech for the Greater Detroit Area, based in Novi, MI. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm–3:30 am, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour in an office setting and company vehicle provided.

Must be at least 18 with valid ID and have a Michigan driver’s license with a clean record. Requirements include at least 1 year floorcare experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extractions) and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• At least 1 year floorcare experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extractions).
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash and debris.
• Stripping and waxing floors.
• Driving company floorcare van and transporting equipment.
• Performing other cleaning tasks as assigned.
