Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required.
• One year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose and document health status and planned interventions.
• Identify and plan outcomes based on nursing diagnoses.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care; revise care plan as needed.
