Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland - Specialty Float Pool is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The role entails 36 hours per week with a 7p–7a schedule, rotating weekends and holidays per policy.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring patient safety across units. Required is a BSN or equivalent nursing credential, active RN licensure, BLS, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification; 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Float to other units within the service area as required.
