Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an RN to join the Registered Nurse Float Pool at West Hospital. The role involves floating to multiple departments and sites, supporting staffing needs, and delivering care under supervision.

Requirements include an active nursing license in the designated state, 1 year of acute care experience, BLS and possibly ACLS/PALS depending on assignment; BSN preferred and Epic EHR experience is noted. Mercy Health offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS and PALS required based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within the organization.
• Schedule day-of staffing and manage assignments within a shift.
• Provide patient care following established standards and act as a patient safety advocate.
