Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring 3 Installation Technicians for a 4-week fleet vehicle installation project running from November 9, 2026 through December 1, 2026. The crew will travel between Schertz, San Antonio, Van Ormy, and Round Rock, performing work outdoors in fleet parking lots and staging areas.

Responsibilities include preparing vehicles, removing shelving, installing brackets, routing wiring, using hand and power tools, testing equipment, and completing installation documentation while

Qualifications

Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to work outdoors for the duration of the shift.
Reliable transportation to project locations.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles for installation.
Removing interior shelving, trim panels, and components.
Installing mounting brackets and hardware.
Routing and connecting wiring harnesses.
Using hand tools and power tools.
Performing basic drilling and assembly work.
Testing installed equipment to verify proper operation.
Reassembling vehicle interiors.
Completing installation documentation through a digital system.
Performing quality control checks.
Keeping work areas clean and organized.
