Job summary

SourceNow in Atlanta, GA is seeking hands-on Installation Technicians to support a high-volume fleet vehicle installation project. Technicians will install equipment on commercial vehicles, follow established procedures, and ensure each installation meets quality and safety standards.

You will work with hand and power tools, follow safety rules, document work, and collaborate with site leadership to meet project goals.

Qualifications

1–3 years of automotive, mechanical, installation or related field experience.
Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using hand/power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Install equipment on fleet vehicles according to procedures and specifications.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Complete installations accurately while meeting daily productivity targets.
Inspect completed work and correct issues as needed.
Perform basic vehicle readiness checks and report concerns.
Handle parts, kits, and equipment and assist inventory organization.
Document completed work using digital tracking tools, including photos and vehicle information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow site safety requirements and use PPE as required.
Collaborate with installation team and Site Leader to meet goals.
Provide feedback and support process improvements when appropriate.
