Job summary

American Packaging Corporation (APC) is seeking a night-shift supervisor to oversee production employees at the COE location. The role focuses on training, directing work assignments, evaluating performance, and enforcing safety and operational standards.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent and at least one year of related experience. You will lead safety programs, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure quality from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with one year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication with managers and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
• Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• On-going safety initiatives and 5S/housekeeping practices.
