Job summary

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic reading/comprehension, and willingness to work 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule with possible overtime. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety programs and safety observations per STOP program.
• Follows setup information and job jacket instructions for the finish dept.
• Monitors production machinery, quality, and waste per customer specifications.
• Keeps work areas clean and free of debris; performs sanitation tasks.
• Completes quality check sheets as required.
• Attends scheduled meetings and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Willing to work all scheduled shifts and overtime hours.
• Trains new employees as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
