Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Field Training Supervisor (Overnight) in Seattle, WA. This full-time role offers a $29.68/hour rate with a Monday–Friday night schedule.

You will deliver onboarding and refresher training, serve as the primary training contact for new hires, and coordinate programs with operations leadership to meet client requirements. You will ensure compliance with all training mandates, maintain records, and create materials for ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 2 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Must be able to manage training programs and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and refresher training aligned with SOPs and client requirements.
• Serve as primary training contact for new hires and provide ongoing guidance.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify training needs and support performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company training requirements.
• Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs with minimal impact on client operations.
• Utilize field-based, classroom, simulations, and online training methods.
