Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Field Training Supervisor (Overnight) in Seattle, WA. This full-time role offers a $29.68/hour rate with a Monday–Friday night schedule.

You will deliver onboarding and refresher training, serve as the primary training contact for new hires, and coordinate programs with operations leadership to meet client requirements. You will ensure compliance with all training mandates, maintain records, and create materials for ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 2 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Must be able to manage training programs and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

Field Training Supervisor (Overnight) – Full Time

Rate: $29.68/Hour

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30pm-6:15am

The Field Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering and overseeing training for new and existing employees, ensuring readiness, compliance, and consistent performance across assigned accounts. The supervisor develops training materials, provides coaching, and ensures personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Deliver onboarding and refresher training aligned with client SOPs, Post Orders, and company requirements.
• Serve as a primary training contact for new hires, providing guidance and support during onboarding and beyond.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify training needs and support performance improvements initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and company-mandated training and certification requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and address operations gaps through targeted training solutions.
• Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs while minimizing impact to client operations.
• Utilize multiple training methods, including field-based instruction, classroom sessions, simulations, and online learning.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, reference guides, and assessments.
• Train and support Field Training Supervisors and management on effective training and onboarding practices.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience, customer service, or hospitality experience required.
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
• Project Management experience highly preferred.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
