VIP Access Management, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard, Field Supervisor to support multiple sites across King County. The role requires leadership to cover shifts, supervise guards, and ensure client satisfaction.

The Field Supervisor will be on-call 24/7, train officers, perform site audits, and uphold Post Orders while maintaining a professional demeanor and quick adaptability. Location is Seattle, WA with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (security industry preferred).
• Speak and write English proficiently with strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts as needed and respond to urgent staffing needs.
• Train new and existing officers and conduct site audits to ensure Post Orders are followed.
• Provide leadership presence in the field and supervise multiple sites.
• Be on-call 24/7 for phone calls, messages, shift coverage, and emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability in dynamic situations.
