Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Downtown Seattle is seeking a full-time Trainer to develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of learning and excellence.

The ideal candidate will be organized with strong communication skills and experience in training HR in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to SeaTac is required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, weekly pay, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Prior Training/HR experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
• Must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and conduct new employee orientation and licensing training.
• Document training for licensing and client contracts.
• Work with management to determine training needs and approaches.
• Develop training schedules with management.
• Follow instructional procedures (individual, group).
• Organize training materials and multimedia aids.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.
